Pumpkin Cold Foam

Ingredients
1 Tbsp (15 mL) Milk, Cold
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Heavy Cream, Cold
1 Tbsp (15 mL) Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Recipe
Blender
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 15 seconds on medium speed or until thick, creamy, and frothy.
Milk Frother
Combine all of the ingredients in a cup and froth until thick, creamy, and slightly bubbly.
Mason Jar
Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar and cover with a lid. Shake vigorously until the mixture is thick, creamy, and frothy.
Pour over your favorite iced drink.
Serving: Best served immediately on an iced beverage.
Storage: You can multiply the recipe and keep the mixture stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week. May need re-frothing when using again.
