Coconut Whipped Cream

 
 

Yield: 250ml or 1 Cup Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (250 g or 1 Cup) Coconut Cream, Chilled

  • 20 g (⅛ Cup) Powdered Sugar

Recipe

  1. In a mixer bowl fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the cream and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.

    Laila’s Tip: The higher the fat content on the Coconut Cream the better it will whip. I used a 24% and it whipped up nicely.

    If you can only find a low percentage then let the cream chill overnight so that the fat floats to the top. Then scoop out the fat at the top plus a small bit of liquid at the bottom and use that for this recipe.
